The agency was commissioned by a confidential client to create a luxury residence in a private mansion in Paris. Built in 1894, the building spent many years as an office building, which was not its initial purpose. The primary aim of the architectural project was to enhance the most significant spaces and decorative features to restore the building to its original standing. The renovation also included the structural renovation of all the floors, the creation of a lift and staircase, the upgrading of the reception areas, the replacement of windows with identical models and the integration of new electrical installations. The interior design included the creation of top-of-the-range living spaces with a sophisticated décor in harmony with existing features.
