Combining Parisian chic with the elegance of Scandinavian design is the key to this project. The characteristic features of a Haussmann-style building – fireplaces, mouldings and mirrors – are highlighted in a play of contrasts with a sleek, contemporary style. The cosy ambience is built around a limited palette of high-quality materials: herringbone parquet flooring, curved terrazzo, natural wood ceilings and plasterwork Particular attention has been paid to user comfort through the design of acoustics, lighting and the ergonomics of the workstations. In addition to the complete renovation of the premises, structural modifications were made to improve circulation for users, and a new ventilation system was installed. The agency was commissioned to manage the entire project and provide assistance to the project owner.
