As the global leader in professional social networking, LinkedIn commissioned Chambers Architects to design its Paris headquarters. The resulting project is a strikingly straightforward interpretation of the brief: a hyperconnected, multicultural, international work environment… firmly rooted in the Parisian urban context and inspired by the atmosphere and cultural codes of the French capital. This dual dimension forms the basis of the interior design concept for a space bathed in natural light with multiple views of the city and the Parisian sky: atmospheres conducive to interaction in all its forms—in-person and remote, formal and informal. Graphic wall treatments and an exhibition of original artwork highlight the unique identity of each space, whether for concentration or collaboration, work or socializing. A factor in fostering a sense of ownership for employees and teams, and a guide for visitors.
