A unique, original and, above all, atypical program for a conventional tertiary environment; a "co-working" space for authors and writers. The Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques offers its members a privileged place of creation, effervescence and concentration. The program developed in a private mansion includes individual "monastic" offices, multi-purpose rooms that can be shared, script rooms, podcast studios, a rehearsal room and a cafeteria. All set in a green setting, a natural complement to the interior spaces. The renovation project includes all the interior spaces, with the creation of new surfaces, the renovation of the roof and ceiling with new openings in the roof and façade, landscaping and the complete restructuring of the technical installations.
