A brief that is unique, original and certainly atypical when compared to the more traditional office environment; a co-working space for writers and composers. The SACD, Society for Drama Writers and Composers offers to its members a select location for creativity, brainstorming and concentration. The facilities, housed within a historic town house, include monastic style offices, multipurpose rooms, creative writing rooms, podcast studios, rehearsal room and cafeteria. All of which are niched within a landscaped garden, natural extension of the interior spaces. The refurbishment includes the complete renovation of all the interior spaces with addition of new areas, upgrade of building fabric with new openings in the roof and façades, landscaping and complete replacement of all the technical installations
