A true urban campus, this project brings together all the WPP Group's companies in a single building. Bringing together over 2,250 flex-office staff, the project's ambition is to create a dynamic, connected environment to facilitate synergies between the various subsidiaries. The first floor features a vast forum for exchanges, shops, restaurants and a 140-seat auditorium. The upper floors feature a wide range of work settings. At the top is a VIP restaurant with panoramic terrace. CHAMBERS architects is working in partnership with BDG architecture + design, the project designer. In addition to our project management duties, we assisted the client in negotiations with the landlord, coordinated the project with that of the building's restructuring, monitored the landlord's work and carried out quality control for the early availability of the building (MADA).
